[dentistry.unsoed.ac.id, Sel, 04/04/2017] Fakultas Kedokteran (FK) Unsoed menyelenggarakan Sumpah Dokter Gigi Periode VIII di Aula Fakultas Kedokteran Gedung Dekanat Lt 3, Selasa (4/4). Sebanyak 5 mahasiswa pendidikan Profesi Kedokteran Gigi melakukan pengambilan Sumpah Dokter Gigi. Hadir Wakil Rektor  Bidang Kemahasiswaan dan Alumni,
Wakil Rektor Bidang Kemahasiswaan dan Alumni / WR III Dr. Ir. V Prihananto, M.Si yang membacakan sambutan Rektor menyampaikan selamat kepada para peserta yang baru saja diambil sumpahnya sebagai dokter gigi. WR III juga menekankan agar seorang dokter gigi memiliki peranan strategis dalam rangka mewujudkan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat karena berdampak pada produktivitas, kualitas dan daya saing bangsa. “Seorang dokter gigi harus senantiasa mengasah kompetensi, serta mutlak bersikap profesional, menguasai ilmu kedokteran gigi, mampu memberikan pemulihan kesehatan serta menerapkan prinsip-prinsip manajemen praktek kedokteran gigi secara baik” tambah WR III.
Perwakilan PDGI Unit P3KOB PPGI Cab. Banyumas drg. Johannes Padmanahadi MM dalam sambutannya memberikan ucapan selamat kepada para dokter gigi yang baru disumpah. Serta berharap para dokter gigi dapat mengamalkan ilmu yang diperoleh di bangku kuliah untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat secara profesional.

Tercatat sebagai lulusan terbaik pada prosesi pengambilan Sumpah Dokter Gigi periode VIII diraih oleh dokter gigi Edvinna Pramudita dengan IPK 3.42.
